Cancellation policy
At Woof Natural, we occasionally offer products on a pre-sale basis . We do not currently offer subscription products or “try before you buy” services.
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that will be handcrafted at a later date. These orders are added to our production schedule once the pre-order period ends or when production begins.
Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as the order has not yet entered production .
Once the pre-order has been accepted and its artisanal production process has begun, it will not be possible to cancel it , since these are food products made to order.
In the event of a valid cancellation, the refund will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions described in our Shipping and Returns Policy .
Standard orders (not pre-sales)
All standard orders are made to order. Once an order has been accepted and entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
