How we handle production and shipping times
At Woof Natural, we work on a made-to-order basis using traditional methods. This means that each order undergoes a genuine process of production, drying, and preparation, which is why it’s important to understand our timelines.
Production
and drying
- Usual minimum time: 3 days for production and drying.
- During periods of high demand or for specific products, the total timeframe may be extended to 7–10 calendar days (including weekends).
- We don't work with permanent stock: we produce what is ordered to guarantee freshness and quality.
Shipping

- We ship from Monday to Wednesday (working days).
- In the case of orders with refrigerated shipping , the departure can also take place on Thursday .
- This schedule allows us to consolidate shipments, take better care of each order, and avoid unnecessary rushing.
Practical
Examples
- Order placed on a Monday → goes into production and can be shipped on Wednesday, depending on the product.
- Order placed on a Wednesday → goes into production and is usually shipped starting the following week.
- Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday → are processed normally and shipped from the following Monday.
Orders with
special products
- Orders with special products→ the entire order is shipped chilled to ensure proper preservation.
- Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla → available only for dry goods and with a special rate due to logistics and customs costs.

- This product is handcrafted: slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur.
- As it is made to order, cancellations and returns are not accepted once the process has begun.
- Refrigerated shipments are non-refundable due to external factors (absence of recipient, incorrect address, or refusal)
- Each product includes specific storage and shel-life recommendations.
- All our boxes and packaging are eco-friendly and recyclable.
